You can reach us by phone every weekday from 9 AM till 5 PM.
For business events we welcome you by appointement with our B2B department, please contact us.
For private events you are welcome to visit our venue on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1PM until 8 PM by appointment.
Offices are closed:
- from 31th of October till 6th November.
- from 26th of december till 5th of January
Annual leave: from July 14th until August 17th. We continue to take care of your festivities in the weekends during this period, but our hotel and offices will be closed on week days. We stay available on our information evenings every Wednesday and Thursday evening (6-8pm) to assure you of a good organisation of your party.
The beautiful square, car park and drive flanked with oak trees can accommodate 400 cars.
