    Terms and Conditions

    • Check-in between 6.30 pm and 7.00 pm – the event ends at 2.00 am.
    • For groups of more than 15 people, a deposit of €25 per person is required at the time of booking.
    • The number of people booked can be changed free of charge up to 48 hours before the event.
    • In the event of late cancellation (less than 48 hours in advance) or a no-show, €60 per absent person will be charged.
    • A full table can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event. After that, the deposit will be retained.

     

    During events, photographs and video recordings may be taken for Waerboom’s commercial and promotional purposes. By participating in the event, you agree to this, unless you expressly state in advance or on the spot that you do not consent to this.
